Der Grundgedanke, dem Besucher den Wald mit allen Sinnen erfassen zu lassen, ist dabei hervorragend umgesetzt werden.<\/p><p>Schon der Anfangsbereich mit der Darstellung der verschiedensten heimischen Baumarten und dem Eingangspavillon bietet umfassende Informationen. Zu sehen und zu erleben sind u. a. klingende Steine, Holzxylophone und Sichtfenster.<\/p><p>Ein Rastplatz mit herrlicher Aussicht l\u00e4dt in unmittelbarer Burgn\u00e4he zum Verweilen vorbei an dem alten Burgbrunnen f\u00fchrt der Pfad zu Kriechtunnel, Summ- und Horchstein hin zu Baumtelefonen und einem Wunschstein. Bestaunen kann man bei dem Rundgang auch die Vegetation, die sich trotz der ung\u00fcnstigsten Bedingungen auf Felsformationen entwickeln konnte.<\/p><p>Weiter geht der Weg vorbei an dem Steinschluchtenwald, an B\u00e4umen mit eigenartigem Drehwuchs, dem Blockmeer unterhalb der K\u00fcrnburg, wo man die Einwirkung von Wasser und Frost bei der Steinblockbildung sehr gut sehen kann. Kurz nach einem riesigen Wetterbaum, der schon mehrere Blitzschl\u00e4ge \u00fcberlebt hat, geht der Rundweg \u00fcber einen alten J\u00e4gersteig weiter, vorbei an unterschiedlichen, komplizierten Wurzelsystemen.
